Up and under
Basketball involves a lot of repetitive movements with the body. We not only train players how to move with the ball, we train them how to move without the ball. Our level I sessions cover form running, lateral movement, footwork, agility, speed, quickness and vertical leaping ability. Our level II sessions cover ball handling, shooting, passing and defensive skills. This will also include scenario training with post moves and guard moves.This is paragraph text.
